A glass of maple toddy on a table with a golden retriever in the background, in front of a fireplace

This maple toddy is naturally sweetened by the maple in our Sugar Bush blend. We don't want to wait for winter to drink this!

Instructions

  1. Steep Sugar Bush in boiling water, or if you have a kettle with temperature control heat water to 212˚F, add hot water to your tea pot or your cup and lower in your steeper basket. Steep for 2-3 minutes or longer for desired taste. The longer you steep Sugar Bush the more aroma, and sweetness from the maple you’ll get in your finished beverage.
  2. While the tea is steeping, slice your lemon. Leave aside one lemon round slice for garnish. Use the rest to squeeze 2 tsp into your mug of choice.
  3. Add 2 oz of Canadian Whiskey to your mug with the freshly squeezed lemon.
  4. When the tea is done steeping, pour it into your mug, stir it up. Add your lemon round for garnish and enjoy!
